Day #25 – A healthy roast dinner


After a long, cold afternoon of travelling to and from Den Haag which included running from the train station to make an appointment on time after my train had been cancelled, I couldn’t think of a better way to end my week than with a comforting yet healthy roast.

Who doesn’t love a roast dinner? It was my first time cooking a roast chicken and it turned out perfect! Taking hints from Jamie Oliver, my roast chicken was served with a healthy portion of roast root vegetables including sweet potato, carrots, baby onions and garlic! Yum!
